Operating hours
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm. Weekend cleaning services will be provided, but will be charged at time and a half for Saturdays and double time for Sundays and Bank Holidays.

We have developed a Cleaning Checklist for you to complete so that we have an agreed schedule of your requirements, and most importantly so that the cleaning assistant is aware of which duties need to be carried out.
What's included in our cleaning packages?
You can expect all of the following as standard in all of our cleaning packages:
• Floors to be vacuumed or washed
• Surfaces in all rooms to be dusted and polished
• Kitchen surfaces to be cleaned
• Cupboard fronts cleaned
• Window ledges wiped
• Sinks and hob cleaned and stainless steel polished
• Bathrooms cleaned, including bath, shower, toilet, tiles, taps and mirrors

Your time is precious, so whether you're an 'on the go' professional, a busy parent, or simply don't have the time to keep on top the housework, Light & Airey will do it for you.
We require a minimum of two hours per visit, and customers are required to supply all cleaning equipment unless agreed with Light & Airey.
One off Spring Clean from £45 (based on three hours)
Let us help you get back on top of the housework. Light & Airey will come in and get your house back to the way you want it.
This clean starts with a minimum requirement of three hours per visit, but this will depend on the size of your home and the cleaning specification. Customers are required to supply all cleaning equipment unless agreed with Light & Airey.
Home Buyers Clean from £15 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Our Home Buyers Clean will ensure that your new home is sanitised and germ free, ready for you and your family to move in.
We require a minimum of two hours per visit. Customers are required to supply all cleaning equipment unless agreed with Light & Airey. Washing-up and laundry are not included in the Home Buyers Clean.
Home Sellers Clean from £13 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Your home is your biggest asset, so to show it off to its full potential take advantage of our Home Sellers Clean, designed to help you sell your home to prospective buyers. We require a minimum of two hours per visit. Washing-up and laundry are not included in the Home Sellers Clean.
Pre/Post Tenancy Clean from £60 (based on three hours)
It's important that you leave your rented home clean and organised in order to claim back your full deposit. Our Pre/Post Tenancy Clean is a special deep clean service which we offer on properties that are about to be rented or vacated.
We will start with a minimum requirement of three hours per visit, but this will depend on the house size and the cleaning specification. This package includes a washing-up service.
Gift Clean from £55 including FREE bunch of flowers
Welcome someone home with a Gift Clean. Light & Airey will provide this special clean for the special person in your life. Starting from £55 and including a FREE bunch of flowers to welcome that someone special home.
All prices quoted are starting prices, which may vary depending on your requirements and house size. Light & Airey offer two pricing options, an hourly rates for standard regular cleans, and a total job price which we calculate depending on your specifications, and the time taken to complete the job.
Builders Clean starting from £75 based on three hours
This clean is designed to prepare any property for occupation following a new build or after a refurbishment.
We will start with a minimum requirement of three hours per visit, but this will depend on the house size and the cleaning specification. Customers must complete the cleaning checklist and Light and Airey will supply all cleaning materials and equipment.
